Ok readers,
I'm reaching out with an oddity for some help. I busted open a regular pack of Topps Update from Wally World, and while checking my excel checklist, noticed I'd already gotten card US-320, but in a different form?
Any help with what's going on here is greatly appreciated. Anybody ever seen two different cards with the same number?

But I had gotten this card out of an earlier pack:
The only difference I can see is the logo in the bottom right corner on the back of the card. The Senators card has the Cooperstown Collection logo on it.

Congrats you have gotten a short print! THe last couple of yrs Topps has been sharing the card number of a current superstar with a related legend from the past. The Mauer is the base card and the Walter Johnson card is an SP. I have no idea how rare the SPs are, but they are typically significantly hard to find, but not impossible. I would guess that they are scarcer then relics perhaps on par with an auto.
I'm gonna have to go through my cards, because I could have sworn I pulled a similar old time player...maybe it was Yogi Berra? Not sure, but now I know it is most likely a SP.

I had the same thing happen to me. The veteran player that I pulled though was Dave Winfield. I don't recall off hand who the player in the set is and number, but it is pretty cool to have pulled the Winfield.
